Building an Herbal Kitchen Pantry for Spring
March 29 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm EDT
The kitchen is the heart of the home—a place for enjoying food, exploring our creativity and finding comfort and connection in our lives. Creating kitchen rituals that feed us on a deeper level and help us connect to the seasons are essential to supporting our sense of wellness. As we make our way out of the depths of winter and into the light of spring, finding the plants, foods and practices to help us feel our best can ease the transition into a new season.
Join Sarah Kate of The Kosmic Kitchen as she guides you through building an herbal kitchen pantry for spring. She’ll share with you her favorite tricks and tips for incorporating healing herbs into everyday meals, how to balance with cold + wet energies of spring, practices to create more warmth and vibrancy, and easy at-home recipes you can incorporate right away. You’ll walk away from this workshop inspired to see your kitchen in a new light and reimagine ways to use ingredients already on your shelves.
