Full Moon Yoga + Meditation

Full Moons are a time of culmination and completion of cycles that call our attention to turn inward, and reflect on what is no longer serving our growth and development. We are reminded during this time to slow down and allow things to reveal itself so that healing and transformation can take place. The energy of a full moon is Yin centered; it is a time of rest, reflection and release to aid in the process of manifestation.
For our Full Moon Yoga + Meditation we will focus on passive movements to release tension in the body, while also bringing restoration and clarity to the mind. Class is all levels, and students are welcome to bring a journal. Tickets are offered on a sliding scale and we ask you to pay the ticket option that is available to you.
Sade Mckenzie
Sade believes in optimum self love and care, and continues to explore these ideas through holistic healing, creative expression, and astrology. As a Yoga and Meditation teacher her goal is to guide students back to themselves; where they can cultivate a deeper connection to their mind, body and spirit. Her vinyasa classes encourage students to discover new depths and opportunities to grow physically and spiritually. She enjoys challenging students to reach beyond their self-limiting beliefs, and reach their highest potential. All levels are welcome.
