Tell us a little bit about your background!
I’m originally from Northern California and moved to NYC 10 years ago. It was a dream of mine to live in the city ever since I was 14 and it’s lived up to all the expectations I had. I started my journey with this work 5 years ago when I met and began working with Lacy Phillips. I studied and mentored under her, and started coaching in order to help people like she had helped me.
How did you come to your work as a relationship coach?
I was always dating the unavailable dude and my 20’s were one big mess in terms of dating and relationships. Through my work with Lacy, I was able to get down to the root of why I was calling in unhealthy patterns and actually begin the healing process to create new patterns for myself. I wanted to help people the same way I had been helped.
What’s one thing you want The Alchemist’s Kitchen community to know about you?
If I can live out my dream of coaching women + men in relationships, you can do whatever you dream of too.
What do you hope people learn through working with you?
I hope they learn their worth and that just because they have been in a toxic or unhealthy pattern for YEARS doesn’t mean they can’t heal It and shift into creating healthy patterns.
What’s the best relationship advice you were ever given?
When someone shows you who they are, believe them.
