Can you please tell me the origins of your journey as a peristeam hydrotherapist? Were you always connected to your divine feminine?
My deep dive into feminine healing has many roots as you can imagine! From my own healing from a long herstory of abusive relationships and chronic UTI’s to my sacred work nurturing children and mentoring teen survivors of suicide, there is definitely a story to share with a golden lining and a beautiful rainbow flowing out of my heart to connect and support all humans residing on earth!
Right now we are collectively feeling lots of emotions. For many, this moment in history is bringing up past trauma. Do you have any advice for women who might be feeling contracted?
Absolutely. There is no more appropriate time than now to nourish our body, mind and soul as we ride the uncharted waters of these wild times. In our talk I will share a crystal ritual to protect our spirit and access our Spiritual Warrioress.
As far as manifesting through pleasure goes, can you elaborate more on that?
This is a very juicy part of the conversation we will be having…. all I can say is that I will share how to tap into the energy of the crown chakra to enhance our ability to manifest through euphoric bliss.
Do you have a favorite goddess or archetype that you work with? For example, Kali, The Empress, or Athena?
Through my spiritual practice, I have received the messages that all Goddess Archetypes are reflections of the different aspects of The Great Divine Mother. Therefore, I look upon all of them with love and experience each of their qualities as role models for the holographic expressions of my Highest Self. I am currently channeling Shekhina, who represents the manifestation of Divine Presence on Earth.
What is one herb you recommend for all beings living on this planet right now? Why?
The herb I recommend for all humans in this moment is our sacred plant ally, Hawthorne. Hawthorne settles the spirit and holds our heart in times of emotional stress. She opens the spiritual channels of the heart to release stuck emotions and allow them to flow through us, where we can process them in the mind and womb and access our deep wellspring of hope, trust, love and forgiveness. Plant Medicine Healers have incorporated Hawthorne for use in sacred ritual for centuries to inspire resilience through adversity.
