Compass Pathways is committed to developing patient pathways and therapies that improve mental health care. Their work is currently focusing on psilocybin-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression (TRD). To that end, they have made 20,000 doses of synthetic psilocybin and have recently received US Food and Drug Administration (FSA) approval for clinical trials on TRD.
